HMS RALEIGH GOLF SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP 2021/22
- Membership for HMS RALEIGH Golf Society for 2021 -2022 is now due for renewal. Full details of how to renew can be found within this memorandum.
- Fees for this year’s Full Membership will cost £150.00 and will include the following Golf Courses: St Mellion, Lanhydrock, Boringdon/Trethorne, Wrangaton/Bovey Tracey, Dainton Park and China Fleet Country Club.
- The following personnel are eligible to join the cartel:
- Present Cartel Members.
- Service personnel.
- Ex-Serving personnel.
- MOD civil servants employed at HMS RALEIGH or HMNB Devonport.
- Civilian Contractors employed at HMS RALEIGH or HMNB Devonport.
HMS RALEIGH Golf Society will be restricted to 140 members and priority will be given to the above categories. A waiting list will be used in the event of over subscription for membership. Serving personnel at HMS RALEIGH will be given priority in becoming members of the Corporate Golf Club.
 Eligibility for new members to be confirmed with written evidence to The Chairman. Any doubts of eligibility should be referred to the Chairman via the Cartel Secretary.

*Please be aware, St Mellion operate a maximum of a 12 day booking policy. ie; you can only book a course within 12 days of the date you wish to play.

Minimum 2 Ball, before 1200 at either W or BT, not both. From 1300, a further 4 tickets at either W or BT not both.
Members are reminded that they must be in possession of an in date membership Card which must be produced before any golf can be played. Any member failing to produce a valid membership card will be asked to pay a member’s guest green fee. However, if they return on the same day with proof of membership they will be refunded their green fee.
An application form (Annex A) is to be returned to Mr Steve Brittain by no later than close of play 17th May 2021, accompanied with a passport-sized photograph. Payment via the BACS System, Sort Code:30-96-68, Account No: 84733763 or cheque made payable to, “The Central Fund HMS RALEIGH”.
Members are to read and sign Annex B stating HMS RALEIGH Golf Cartel Rules and return to Mr Steve Brittain along with Annex A.
